SCHEDULING BY EMAIL: Please email me at BY TELEPHONE: Please leave a voice mail message at OFFICE HOURS FOR 3-PARTY APPOINTMENTS: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Last client appointment starts at 9:30 p.m. Other days and times can be arranged, if necessary. SESSION LENGTH: 30 minutes (multiple appointments can be made simultaneously to extend the session to 60 minutes or longer) FEE: $50 per 30 minutes CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you need to call at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made by telephone — not by email. If you miss your appointment or reschedule/cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you are responsible for the entire appointment fee.

NEXT STEPS - BEFORE APPOINTMENT TAKES PLACE Send a picture of your animal companion(s) and, if possible, a picture of you and all others residing in your household. This can be sent as an email attachment to Payment must be received before the scheduled appointment date. Payment may be made by credit card via PayPal (click on PayPal button at the bottom of this page) or by personal check or money order. Receipt of payment will be confirmed by email or telephone.

PREPARING FOR A 3-PARTY APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: Be in a quiet, relaxing place. Invite your animal companion to rest nearby. It is not essential that the animal be physically near you. CALL EXACTLY AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME: If you reach my voice mail, do not leave a message. Wait five minutes and call again. WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT: We will begin by discussing your animal companion, including his/her history and the issues that lead you to contact me. Then I will introduce myself to the animal and ask for permission to enter a dialogue. I will act as interpreter and assist you each in gaining a greater understanding of the other. FOLLOW-UP: A few days after your appointment, please leave me a message (email preferred) that describes any change you notice in your animal companion, in yourself and in other family members. This feedback will help me assist your animal in the future.
