Other days and times can be arranged, if necessary. SESSION LENGTH: 30 minutes FEE: $50 per 30 minutes CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel the appointment, you must call as soon as possible. If the 2-party conversation with the animal client has not yet occurred, a full refund will be awarded. If the 2-party conversation has occurred before cancellation notice is received by me via voice mail, no refund will be awarded. Cancellations must be made by telephone, not by email. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE NEXT STEPS - BEFORE APPOINTMENT TAKES PLACE Send a picture of your animal companion(s) and, if possible, a picture of you and all others residing in your household. This can be sent as an email attachment to Payment must be received before the scheduled conversation date. Payment may be made by credit card via PayPal (click on PayPal button at the bottom of this page) or by personal check or money order. Receipt of payment will be confirmed by email or telephone.
